Are you passionate about student development, staff training, and cultivating a thriving workplace culture where we prioritize our people? The University of Florida’s Department of Recreational Sports is seeking a Coordinator for Talent Management to support and enhance the student employment experience across our programs and facilities.
In this role, you will:
- Support the Talent Management Unit in creating and sustaining a comprehensive, developmental experience for over 800 student employees.
- Assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of staff training curriculums, employee recognition events, and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate across all department units to establish and communicate clear procedures, expectations, and best practices for staff development.
- Maintain and manage administrative systems related to onboarding, staff development, training records, and student employee inventory.
- Serve as a key connector between RecSports and internal/external partners to promote a positive and consistent employment experience.
- Uphold the vision and goals of the department by ensuring efficient, effective, and equitable systems that support staff success.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in lieu of experience.
